Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prayer Times mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by Apple's Standard EULA and these supplemental Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by FivePebble Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of the App

Prayer Times is a free-to-download mobile application that provides Islamic prayer time calculations, notifications, and related features. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to assist users in observing daily prayer times. Some features require an active subscription (see below).

In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable annual subscription ("Yearly Membership") that unlocks premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Subscription prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Prayer Time Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate prayer time calculations, variations may occur due to differences in calculation methods, geographic factors, and device settings. We recommend verifying prayer times with your local mosque or Islamic authority. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the prayer times displayed by the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FivePebble Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FivePebble Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

In no event shall FivePebble Technologies LLC's total liability to you for all damages exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), consistent with Apple's Standard EULA, except where prohibited by applicable law (e.g., personal injury claims).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and the license granted hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, consistent with Apple's Standard EULA. Users in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland may have additional rights under their local laws.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
